Kim brings extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management, building strong partnerships and creating value for educational products and services in the K-12 and higher education spaces. She enjoys crafting thoughtful engagement strategies, enhancing customer experiences, and driving growth for clients and partners alike.

As Manager of Customer Engagement, Kim guides prospective and current Private College 529 Plan customers through every stage of their journey, helping them understand the value of saving early and often for college.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys hunting for thrift store treasures, spending time outdoors, enjoying music and films, and planning her next travel adventure.
